Pamantasan ng Araullo (formerly Araullo Law School) was established in 1950. It was created by virtue of a board resolution with the following members: Judge Lauro S. Esteban, Atty. Mario S. Garcia, Engr. Ceferino S. Esteban, Mr. Valentin Castelo, Dr. Herminia Castelo-Sotto, Miss Priscilla S. Esteban, Mr. Emmanuel S. Esteban, and Mr. Ambrocio S. Esteban.
From a law school it grew into a college which steadily grew in number of enrollment as well as stature.
Named after Hon. Manuel Araullo, second Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Araullo Law School then was founded to meet the growing demands in the study of law, arising from the rapid growth of the City of Cabanatuan particular and that of Nueva Ecija in general.
